Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days, and shipped out of Australia. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping to all locations worldwide, that are available through AusPost. The estimated delivery time for orders in Australia is 3-6 business days. depending on your location. For international orders, depending on your location the estimated delivery time is 5-11 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your shipment.

At I Heart Hoops, we take pride in the quality of our products. If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, we’re here to help!
We do not accept any change of mind refunds.
Faulty Items
If your item is received faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in its original packaging.
- Not have been worn or altered.
Return Process
To initiate a return for a faulty item, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@ihearthoops.com or on our contact page with your order number and a description accompanied with images of the fault.
2. Return Instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
3. Shipping the Item: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, usually 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not accept exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
